Visitors Protocol
Posted: February 6, 2011
All visitors to Stretford High School require photographic identification to be allowed onto the premises and a prior appointment 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
Visitors to the school will be required to sign in at reception and bring one form of identification.
This may be either: a driving license, passport, or any other official photographic identification.
If a visitor is to be left with students, a copy of the CRB check is required.
With regards to CRB and employment checks, we adopt the same approach as the one that is used by Oftsed.

Copies of all identification provided will be copied and stored safely in the event of future visits to Stretford High School.
Unnannounced visitors will only be seen by staff in exceptional circumstances and only after ID has been shown.
Such meetings will only take place in the school reception area.
If you wish to visit then please contact us in advance.
