Subject Leader
Miss Donald was born in Stockport, but asks you not to hold it against her. She studied English Language and Literature at Manchester University quite some time ago. Among other things she has been Assistant Editor on the now defunct News/400.uk, owns a seat in the Cornerhouse cinema and was once a freelance writer. She is extremely pleased to be Head of Media and counts The Wire and The Mighty Boosh amongst her favourite TV programmes. Some of her favourite films are Spartacus, Spirited Away and Four Lions. Miss Donald is always amazed by the creativity and the humour her students show in making their BTEC films. She would also like to invite all students to attend Film Club on Wednesday Evenings.
